When Phil and his team at Franklyn & Webster approached us in 2024, we knew immediately that we were facing a unique and complex brief. Their industry requires a clear communication of expertise, professionalism, and trustworthiness, given that they operate within the security sector. Furthermore F&W have built an incredibly prestiguos reputation over the last 30 years in business and it was now our job to clearly communicate this through their new website vision. Our challenge was to effectively translate these specialised capabilities and their excellent reputation into a digital platform that would resonate with prospective clients for years to come.

Adding to the complexity, the project needed to be completed within a tight eight-week timeframe from initial concept to launch, requiring meticulous planning and ongoing collaboration throughout.

Development Phase

• Implemented the approved design across the previously confirmed sitemap structure
• Maintained weekly communication throughout the build to ensure alignment
• Focused on technical optimisation for performance and security, particularly crucial for a security-focused client
• Implemented subtle micro-interactions and animations to enhance user engagement

Testing and Refinement

• Provided test links for client feedback
• Made minimal final adjustments due to our consistent communication throughout the process
• Conducted comprehensive technical testing with particular attention to security aspects
