Matt, the owner of Bank Dental and a diamond Invisalign provider (the highest level of Invisalign certificate accreditation), approached us in early 2024 ahead of purchasing and renovating his brand new practice building in the heart of Poulton-Le-Fylde. His vision was for a digital presence that would mirror the clean, minimalistic look and feel he was implementing in his physical premises - a modern, minimalist and clinical practice that would translate seamlessly to his online digital presence.
With an established reputation as a five-star dentist at his previous practice and an impressive following of nearly 20,000 Instagram followers earned through his exceptional skills in Invisalign, composite bonding, and cosmetic dentistry, Matt needed a website that would reflect his professional expertise whilst maintaining an approachable, patient-centric feel throughout.
After many disciovery workshops and understanding Matt's vision, we developed a two-phased approach to the website development:

The website successfully launched in conjunction with the opening of the new practice, providing Matt and his team with a digital platform that perfectly embodied their vision. Though the practice has only been open for a couple of months, it has already achieved an impressive 4.9-star rating on Google with nearly 100 reviews - a testament to both the quality of care provided on-site and the seamless digital-to-physical patient journey we helped create.
The clean, minimalist design has resonated well with patients seeking a modern dental experience, whilst the intuitive navigation and clear service descriptions have helped streamline patient enquiries, where Matt currently operates a chunky waiting list for new prospective patients. The website has helped effectively communicate Bank Dental's positioning as a premium, patient-focused practice with exceptional expertise across the board.
With the successful completion of phase one, we're now moving forward with Matt and the team at Bank Dental to implement phase two of our strategy. The Bank Dental website build was a thoroughly enjoyable project for the team at Modal®, providing another fantastic opportunity to demonstrate our ability to handle complex project briefs from conceptualisation through to successful implementation nailing the client's vision time after time.
