Most of our projects range from roughly £15k to £50k, with final costs shaped by the individual scope and complexity of the work. Our minimum starting point is typically £10k, however, this amount can vary depending on the brief and will be properly scoped out after our initial discovery call. Once we have received the brief and agreed upon the final amount, an initial 50% down payment will be made when the project begins with the final outstanding 50% to be paid on the go-live day.

A typical web design and development project usually lasts around 8-12 weeks. In some cases where there are additional branding or marketing add-ons the full timeline can be anywhere up to 6 months depending on the scope of work. Though we aim for an eight-week completion, factors like client feedback and content readiness can influence the pace. To ensure a smooth experience and meaningful results, we work with a limited number of clients at a time, allowing us to dive deeper into your brand and maintain a more personalised, attentive process.

Typically, the only ongoing expenses are your annual domain and hosting fees, which you pay through us, as we manage everything in-house using Amazon Web Services (AWS). We never add any hidden maintenance or upkeep fees to your invoice like other agencies may do. If you need extra pages or components after launch, we’ll provide a separate quote for this work. Additionally, we offer monthly retainers for add-on services such as search engine optimisation, digital advertising, or social ads. These are entirely optional and sit outside the scope of a standard website build.
